Consider using the quiet terrace for meals, as it offers a relaxing atmosphere with lovely views away from the main pub noise.

The Craw Inn offered a lovely stay with friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. The rural location allowed for quiet relaxation. the decor seemed a bit tired, which detracted from the overall charm a little. I'd definitely recommend it for a cozy getaway.

The food was excellent and well-prepared, showcasing quality ingredients. the noise levels from the bar and other guests made it challenging to relax during the night. The shared bathroom setup could be inconvenient for some guests as well.

good stay but needs some improvements
The staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere for me and my dog. The dog-friendly policies allowed us to enjoy meals together in the bar area and breakfast room.
While the location was peaceful, some amenities could be updated for better comfort.

The Scottish breakfast was outstanding, with ample coffee to start the day right. Staff were exceptionally dog-friendly, making the experience with my Cocker Spaniel enjoyable. shower pressure fluctuated during peak times, which was inconvenient, and the tea and coffee supplies were located in a less obvious spot. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, enhancing our stay despite some minor hiccups.

I enjoyed the food here, especially the scrambled eggs, which were superb. The lady serving breakfast was friendly and attentive. I found the absence of certain breakfast items disappointing. The location allowed for quiet and relaxation, which I appreciated during my stay.
The premises felt aged and could use some updates. The service I received from one staff member was unwelcoming and off-putting, detracting from my overall experience.

I chose The Craw Inn for my son's birthday dinner since it had rooms for convenience. The atmosphere felt traditional and cozy. The staff greeted us warmly. I loved the snug area with sofas, books, and games. The menu offered a handful of choices, but the food tasted fresh and home-cooked. The rear deck seemed inviting, though too chilly to enjoy this time. Our rooms were pleasant. clean and characterful, although lacking a family room option. Breakfast was generous, a definite highlight. One downside was the lack of privacy since the rooms were clean but could have benefited from soundproofing. We heard noise from the bar and other guests returning at night. A bit more attention to quietness would enhance the experience.
